1 Acceptance of Agreement
By commissioning a project with FolioRise or browsing foliorise.online, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, please do not engage our development services.
2 Scope of Services
FolioRise delivers turnkey website design, development, optimization, and managed cloud hosting for doctors, independent professionals, executives, and creative specialists. Package inclusions (Starter, Professional, Premium) are confirmed upon consultation and include custom layouts, mobile responsiveness, and hosting infrastructure.
3 Client Asset Submission
To ensure our standard 3–5 day delivery timeframe, clients agree to supply required assets (headshot photography, bio text, credentials, practice location, and social links) in a timely manner. Production timelines commence once all foundational assets are received.
4 Turnaround & Express Priority
Standard project delivery is 3 to 5 business days from asset confirmation. Express 48-hour delivery is available as a paid priority add-on. Unforeseen delays caused by external DNS propagation or registrar verification are outside FolioRise's direct technical control.
5 Revisions & Scope Modifications
Each package includes comprehensive revision passes to refine layout, typography, colors, and content positioning. Features outside the confirmed package scope (such as custom backend database logic, third-party payment gateways, or extensive additional pages) are quoted transparently as separate add-ons.
6 Hosting & Domain Ownership
Clients retain 100% legal ownership of their registered domain names and brand trademarks. FolioRise handles managed cloud hosting, automated backups, and SSL certificates. Ongoing content modifications (e.g., swapping photos or updating awards) can be submitted anytime via our direct WhatsApp support channel.
7 Payments & Refund Policy
All package fees and optional add-ons are quoted upfront with zero hidden charges. Because our services involve dedicated design engineering and customized code labor, payments are non-refundable once initial staging drafts are generated. However, we honor all agreed revisions to ensure complete satisfaction prior to final launch.
8 Portfolio Rights
FolioRise reserves the non-exclusive right to showcase completed live websites and anonymized work samples within our portfolio directory and marketing materials, unless a client explicitly requests a non-disclosure arrangement prior to project initiation.
